These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pipelintel platform ("Service"), operated by Pipelintel ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Summary: Use Pipelintel for lawful mortgage business purposes, pay on time, and don't do anything harmful. We provide the service as-is, and our liability is limited. Details below.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use Pipelintel. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at loanpilot-6@polsia.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes in connection with your mortgage lending business. You agree not to:
- Upload, transmit, or store data you do not have the right to use.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including applicable mortgage lending regulations and consumer protection laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties outside your authorized users.
- Benchmark the Service against competing products without our written consent.
- Use the Service to store or process consumer non-public personal information beyond what is necessary for your internal pipeline management.
3. Subscription Plans and Payment
Pipelintel offers the following plans:
- Free — Access to the scenario engine (14 loan products). No credit card required.
- Loan Officer — $79/month per LO. Full pipeline intelligence, rate alerts, and re-quote detection.
- Team — $59/month per LO (minimum 5 seats). Includes manager visibility and team-scale operations dashboard.
Fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in US dollars. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees to that method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. At the end of the trial, your account will convert to the applicable paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan (if available) or be deactivated.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload. You represent that you have all necessary consents and authorizations to share any consumer or borrower information with us.
We will not sell, license, or disclose your Customer Data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service. We will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
The Service is not certified for use as the primary system of record for RESPA, HMDA, or other regulatory compliance requirements. You are responsible for maintaining compliant records through your licensed LOS or other appropriate systems.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, and content we create, is owned by Pipelintel and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, patents, copyrights, or other intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data (never identifiable to you or your borrowers) to improve the Service and develop new features.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that rate data, re-quote alerts, or other outputs from the Service are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular lending decision. Rate data is provided for informational purposes only. Always verify rates directly with lenders before making pricing commitments to borrowers.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPELINTEL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO PIPELINTEL IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PIPELINTEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipelintel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your Customer Data; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
