- Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps, and actions taken within the platform.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers.
- Communications — messages you send to us via email or the demo request form.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Pipelintel platform.

- Send product updates, rate alerts, re-quote notifications, and service communications you've opted into.

3. Cookies and Analytics

- Cloud infrastructure — we host our service on Render and use Neon PostgreSQL for database storage. Your data is stored in data centers located in the United States.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may collect usage data per their privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the service. If you close your account, we will retain your data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
